Team Affino is incredibly proud to see The Bookseller’s new Affino-powered website go live - the culmination of many months of meticulous planning and diligent execution. There are major milestones in Affino’s history of truly world-beating deployments, and The Bookseller is now very much one of the flagship Affino B2B 3 implementations in how thoroughly it underlines so many of Affino’s core principles and methodologies, and delivers for the book trade.
This visual guide hopefully goes some way towards showcasing what makes this site so special - not just in its breadth and depth of coverage - but just how smartly and rapidly that content can be engaged with - via carefully curated topic streams and fully in-context search facilities.
The Bookseller’s tagline is ’At the heart of the book trade since 1858’ and with this new site it is demonstrably and veritably the embodiment of every aspect of that noble profession. It ties together Publishers, Authors and Booksellers in the most intricate fashion. If you’re present in the book trade, you are to be found on The Bookseller site.
Affino has established a solid reputation of future-proofing historic and heritage media businesses - with The Bookseller, The Stage, Farmers Guardian and the Travel Trade Gazette all very much fitting that profile - and a number of those started well over a century ago - The Bookseller since 1858, The Stage since 1880. Farmers Guardian since 1844, and TTG the much the youngest merely since 1953!
