Affino 8.0.20 - The Subscription and Membership Release Visual Highlights
This visual guide focuses on the Subscription and Membership update for Affino, which sees breakthrough enhancements for B2B operations, B2B subscriptions and membership sales, marketing, management and reporting, along with key ecommerce and topic enhancements.
Promotions
The new Promotions element means that you can quickly pull together promotion landing pages and presenting a number of options with one primary one. These promotions are then backed up by the new promotions report and seamless integration into the checkout. This means there is no need for custom or advanced design and build skills for promotion landing pages. You can also run as many concurrently as you want.
Checkout - Product Groups
We've introduced product groups so that you can now streamline multiple purchase options when checking out, e.g. for different payment terms, payment methods and timeframes.
Stripe - continuous credit and debit card integration
Affino is now tightly integrated with Stripe for continuous debit card and credit card payments. Affino's advanced Stripe integration works on the contact, product, subscription, tax and coupon level for advanced financial reporting within both Stripe and Affino.
Subscription Gifting
Affino now supports advanced Subscription Gifting. This has been no small feat as Affino now supports a great process for users to gift subscriptions, and even specify a delayed start time, e.g. for a Xmas or birthday gift. All the while supporting continuous payments.
Subscription Stop Codes and Reporting
This release sees the official introduction of subscription stop codes and stop code reporting. These give you insight into the reasons your audience is cancelling their subscriptions. Affino had tight integration and automated support for both Stripe and GoCardless stop codes for full automated reporting on the card and direct debit cancellations.
Payment Gateway Enhancements
Affino now provides extensive details on payments taken through payment gateways, in particular for Stripe and GoCardless.
Payment Gateway Webhooks
It is now possible to report on, review and re-run payment gateway webhooks for Stripe and GoCardless. This gives you the ability to attempt to take a payment manually when it has failed, as well as providing detailed insight on each transaction.
Subscription Expiry Report
We have renamed the Subscription Expiry Report and extensively updated the analytics and insight provided around expiry, renewals, cancellations and lapsed subscriptions.
Reviews
This release sees the completion of the new Reviews service within Affino. Affino now delivers powerful reviews capabilities with advanced listings, layouts, presentation and data highlights.
Advanced Article Attributes
Affino introduces Advanced Article Attributes primarily for reviews in this release. This gives you the ability to have in-depth attributes on your reviews, and separate the topics from the in-depth review attributes.
Topic Channel
This release sees the introduction of the Topic Channel with key options and layout variations whether you want to show the key topics alphabetically or by topic tree, and with the option to show how many of each topic article in your key content channel.
