How Do They Work?

Affino AI Agents is Affino’s upcoming AI automation platform, designed to become increasingly autonomous with each generation. Using the AI Agents alongside the AI Chat and Affino’s Conversion Events will drive advanced AI supported customer and team workflows.

V1 is coming in Affino AI Gen 4 and, in some ways, is more of an AI Automation platform than a full Agentic AI system, with automations triggered from conversations with Affino AI Chat. You can instruct your AIs to respond with specific language depending on each conversation, and this text, in turn, can trigger any number of automations.

What makes this approach powerful is that these automations leverage Affino’s Conversion Events and Customer Ladder to enable extensive messaging, task creation, and fulfilment process automation.
  
Once the initial AI Automation framework is in place, we will iterate the automations so that AIs can be brought into the decision making, task and message content creation, and even sales and marketing processes.
