
As we head towards the end of the year, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone in the Affino community. 2025 has been a busy and exciting year, with a huge amount of progress made across the platform — much of it shaped directly by your feedback, ideas, and day-to-day use of Affino.
Here are a few of the highlights that really stood out for us over the past year.
This year, AI moved firmly into the heart of Affino. Rather than being something you simply “turn on”, it’s now woven into everyday workflows through Support AI, AI Chat, and Search — making AI faster, more reliable, and trusted for daily use.
In 2025, we focused heavily on making the CRM simpler, faster, and easier to work with. Cleaner screens, faster navigation, and tasks always close at hand are helping teams focus on getting work done.
Subscriptions became much easier to understand and manage this year. With the new Subscription Dashboard and stronger Stripe and payment services, it’s now clearer how revenue is performing and easier to spot and resolve issues early.
The Elevation update was about making Affino feel lighter, faster, and more responsive. Whether you’re on a laptop, tablet, or working split-screen, the Control Centre is now easier to navigate and better suited to everyday use.
We continued to improve how content is created, discovered, and shared across Affino. Better AI behaviour, stronger search, and more flexible article setups mean content doesn’t just sit there — it actively works harder to reach and engage the right audiences.
Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a banner year for Affino users. Affino has always been a complementary platform — one that slots into your existing setup and supercharges it. Q1 2026 will bring broader integration with over 8,000 platforms via Zapier, alongside enhanced Affino plugin capabilities, making it even easier to plug Affino’s enhanced AI, content, intelligence, and CRM services into any site or digital workflow.
This will be supported by a major leap in Affino’s Go-To-Market (GTM) features, designed to take sales and marketing automation to the next level.
Over the holiday period, the Affino team will be operating on reduced service until 2 January, with much of the team on annual leave. Technical support will remain available for critical technical issues, and the Affino support team will be on hand for critical platform support, although this will be a skeleton service and response times may vary.
