What is it?

The Affino Core-Connected CRM is not just wired into the system, it is the central part of the Affino. Which means that every digital business activity carried out on the front-end is immediately processed and logged against User and Account and numerous metrics and benchmarks.


You can immediately know the deep real-time details about your customer - what they are up to right now, and what their inherent value and latent potential is. It connects fully and totally with CMS, DAM, Social and Commercial functions - recording every impression and touch, every interaction and transaction.


These activities are then aggregated up to the Account (company) level, as well as Contact List / Perfsona level.


It's like modern automotive computers - which sit at the centre of the car's every function - monitoring distances, speed, internal and exterior temperatures, tyre pressure, component wear, fluid use and a variety of other metrics. Affino does all this for your digital business - where the CRM sits in the middle and oversees and controls and guides all those activities.


Sure there is a degree of configuration to be done, but it's all user configurable / settings based and all immediately available on startup.
